My mission is clear and simple; it is to help each individual find their own, unique balance. My intention is to give you the tools you need to move steadily forward with your life, bettering yourself every single day, radiating such a powerful glow that those around you want to achieve the same. I envision a holistic health movement, where we inspire one another to love ourselves first, and at the same time, put our energies toward making our planet all that it can be.
I don’t believe that we ever get to one final place. In my opinion, we are always on a journey to acquire, and then maintain vibrant health. You set a goal, you work hard to achieve it, you conquer it, and then you move on to the next. Your center is always shifting and along the way you sway from one side of balance to the other. Finding your balance is always one degree away from falling off the edge… that is why I am here to guide and motivate you!
My approach looks at the whole person in an entirety. The focus is not only nutrition and physical health, but also emotional, spiritual, and mental. I find what separates you from everyone else, and pin point what specific lifestyle works best for you. We will work with diet, exercise, supplementation, and thought patterns. There is no commitment to going vegan, paleo, gluten-free etc. There are no labels and there is no judgment. The road to feeling and looking your best should be both fun and attainable. We’ll get to the root cause of your health concerns and take the journey together, one step at a time. Each and every one of us deserves to experience the special feeling of being utterly and tranquilly in balance.
I too, have had my personal health struggles…
From the age when I could start making my own decisions, “naturally”, I always reached for the yummy tasting junk food option, I wouldn’t hesitate when a doctor wrote me a prescription, and never thought twice about popping a couple Advils when a headache struck. I constantly went to bed at wacky hours, and ignorantly cleaned my space with harsh chemicals. Years passed by experiencing not a single repercussion… until one day about two years ago, it was like getting hit by a truck – my barrel was full. I became overwhelmed with anxiety, suffered bouts of digestive problems, acne, thinning hair, brittle finger nails, awful PMS, zero energy, all which summed up to be a nasty combination of female hormone and thyroid imbalance and blood sugar spikes and falls that were off the charts. There was even a time when I would eat a banana and my fingers and toes would tingle… Long story short, each time I sought out help, I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me and that all my labs and diagnostic tests came back ideal for a woman my age. I needed answers. There was no way I could continue living the rest of my life in such a mediocre fashion. From there, I educated myself on the power of food, the influence the mind has on our health, and the therapeutic capability of proper supplementation. I was taught how to dig into the root cause of my issues and remedy them one at a time. Taking an all around holistic path – I found my balance… and you can too.
